Note:
- Regular registration and student registration includes publication of 1 accepted paper (6 pages length). Extra pages/papers should be paid as per the registration rates given in Table A and B.
- To qualify to the IEEE discount, the author should be a full member/student member of IEEE SMC Society or IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) (Egypt chapter).
- To qualify to the discount for delegates coming from Egyptian Universities, the first author needs to come from an Egyptian University/Research Institute and they need to show an official letter from their University that they work/study in the given Egyptian University. If a foreign author is involved in the given paper, the paper will not qualify for a local author discount.
- Bank charges / currency commissions for the registration fees are to be paid by the authors.
- Students registrations will not include attending the banquet and tours and to be able to attend the banquet /tours: they need to purchase tickets.
