- Registration: For each accepted paper at least one Author must register as Regular or Student attendee. For Authors having several accepted papers, at least one of the papers must have Regular/Student registration. The additional paper registration (Publication fee) should apply for each additional paper of the same Author. .
- Extra pages: Extra pages are charged 100 € each (maximum extra page number: two). The payment must be effected by Author’s registration deadline.
- Gala dinner policies: Student registration fee does not include Gala dinner. If you register as Student and wish to attend the Gala dinner, the Gala dinner fee should be added to your registration amount.
- Request for Visa invitation letters If needed: If necessary, Authors of accepted papers may ask for VISA invitation letter. The request should contain your full name (and mr/ms/...), affiliation, address, and paper title.
